The Borrowers are special purpose entities that are owned 51% by Hudson Pacific Properties L.P. (“HPP”) and 49% by one or more entities indirectly owned and controlled by the real estate investment fund commonly known as Blackstone Property Partners (collectively with HPP, the “Borrower Sponsor”).
Collateral
The Portfolio is located in the Hollywood submarket of Los Angeles and is comprised of four Class A office properties and three studio Properties. The four office Properties total approximately 837k SF; one was built in 2008, two in 2017, and one in 2019. The three studio properties consist of 33 stages, totaling 1.2 million SF across 41 acres of infill real estate in Hollywood.
