The top three states based on the UW NCF and Allocated Loan Amount, respectively, are California (64.4% / 66.4%), Arizona (8.1% / 6.7%), and Florida (6.3% / 8.3%). Motel 6 was founded in 1962 in Santa Barbara, California and was purchased by subsidiaries of Accor S.A. ("Accor") in 1990. The Borrower Sponsor acquired Motel 6 from Accor in October 2012 for a total consideration of approximately $1.9 billion.
