As of October 2021, the Portfolio exhibits an approximately $1,187 average in-place rent per unit, 19-year average vintage, and 98.7% in-place occupancy. The only leasehold asset is Savannah Cove, which is subject to a ground lease with the City of Tarpon Springs and represents 2.2% of appraised value.
